Shipping policy

Once your order is received, we will dispatch all your parcels using USPS or UPS services. The estimated delivery time for each item is stated in the product description and our team will keep you updated via email. Please note that carrier services may change depending on your location and the best estimated arrival time.

Delivery within the USA will be via the US Postal service.

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please note that we have a small team who hand-pack each item. Your item will usually be dispatched within 5-7 business days.

Any issues regarding shipping delays should be raised with the relevant shipping companies listed above. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.

As per our agreements with USPS & UPS, all packages are declared as traded goods. Customs duties are not included in the shipping cost: additional charges for customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot reduce the declared value of the package.

Royal Tears, LLC is not responsible for any theft or loss of packages during transport. Any such claims must be made by you to the respective carrier.
